How to Install
- Disassemble your existing CO2 mini keg setup. Remove the CO2 spear and faucet.
- Drop in the Nitro Spear and seat it.
- Thread on the stout faucet, then attach the stout tip.
- Charge with a non-threaded nitrogen cartridge.
- Chill the keg for at least an hour before serving for the best cascade.

Will this work with my older Keg Smiths mini keg?
Yes — the kit is designed to fit any standard Keg Smiths mini keg.
Can I keep using CO2 cartridges?
No — once you've installed the nitro spear, the system is built around non-threaded N2 cartridges. The CO2 spear and faucet remain — store them and swap back if you want CO2 service later.
What's the difference between this and the full Nitrogen Mini Keg System?
The full system ships with the keg included. This is the upgrade hardware only — choose this if you already own a Keg Smiths mini keg.
