The bigger threaded nitrogen cartridge — twice the gas of our 4.1g format, sized for serious nitro pouring or back-to-back nitro sessions. Standard 3/8" thread, drops into any Keg Smiths CO2 keg system or 3/8" threaded regulator. 8 grams of pure beverage-grade N2 per cartridge, 5 per box.
Why the 8g over the 4.1g
- More pours per cartridge: Roughly 2x the dispensing capacity of the 4.1g cartridge — better economy if you nitro often.
- Same threaded format: 3/8" thread, identical fitment to the 4.1g cartridge and our 16g CO2 cartridges. Same regulator, more gas.

How to Use
- Confirm regulator output is closed.
- Thread the cartridge into your regulator.
- Open the output and adjust serving pressure.
- For full nitro cascade, pour through a stout / creamer faucet tip.

Should I get the 8g or 4.1g?
Get the 8g if you nitro frequently — better gas-per-dollar economy. Get the 4.1g if you want smaller increments or are just trying nitro for the first time.
Will these work with my CO2 system?
Yes — same 3/8" thread as our 16g CO2 cartridges. The Keg Smiths CO2 system is fully compatible with both gases.
