Q: Will a microbrewery fill the Keg Smiths Mini Keg?
A: Yes, in most states the Mini Keg falls under the growler laws in which they can fill up to 128oz. We recommend checking your local laws to make sure as it varies state by state.
Q: What is the keg made out of?
A: It is constructed with food grade 304 stainless steel.
Q: Is it easy to clean?
A: Yes, we have cleaning tablets available that make it very easy. Fill it with warm water drop a tablet in and let it soak. Rinse it out with warm water and you are done. If the Mini Keg is heavily soiled you can use an additional tablet.
Q: What type of CO2 cartridge should I use?
A: Food grade 16g threaded CO2 cartridges. Although sporting good CO2's will fit they may contain lubricants and or heavy metals that you wouldn't want getting in your beverage.
Q: Does Keg Smiths have a warranty?
A: Yes, we stand behind our product. Our warranty covers manufacturer defects in either workmanship or materials for 2 years from the time of purchase.
